The RELEX team in Atlanta, Georgia is now looking for Technical Support Analyst to analyze and solve RELEX application and system issues, business critical disturbances for both domestic and international customers as well as co-workers at RELEX. You will be responsible for proactively identifying and escalating issues based on SLAs and company change management practices, communicate with customers on investigation progress and resolution as well as handle internal workstation setup and provide support for internal hardware issues. Technical knowledge (databases, Linux) combined with a knack for investigation and great communication skills will take you far in this position.   • Relevant technical knowledge and/or degree with ICT studies as major or minor
  • Experience of databases, Linux and version control systems
  • Experience with administration of ticketing systems e.g. ServiceNow Microsoft Windows experience·         PC troubleshooting skills·         Excellent communication skills

  • Work experience in IT support or customer service
  • Effective troubleshooting and diagnostics skills

  • Flexibility: when required, be willing and able to work night shifts (midnight until 8am)
