We are now looking for Project Managers and Customer Success Managers to join our extraordinary Customer Operations team in Helsinki.


What you will be doing:

As a Project Manager, you take responsibility in delivering Workforce Optimization related projects in time and in budget while exceeding customer expectations. Projects are typically large-scale implementations of RELEX WFO solution or its further development for the customer.

You will take care of project management as well as functional configuration of the environment, or in some situations you manage a project team with relevant experts. After completing a customer project your role may turn into managing and serving the customer in their continuous needs.


As a Customer Success Manager, your main responsibility is helping existing RELEX customers grow and develop while maintaining 100% customer satisfaction, referenceability and high level of profitability in the work.

You will be responsible for named customer accounts and you will in your role take care of various technical and commercial continuous needs of the customer and spot, plan and execute development initiatives together with your customers.

Daily tasks can vary between service delivery, minor development, project work and consulting, customer relationship management and up sell/cross sell activities within your named accounts. The role will focus on customers utilizing the WFO-solutions, but you can also have responsibilities for customers utilizing other RELEX product areas.


Both of the roles will have a high focus on Workforce Optimization and Management related topics but include also work with other RELEX product areas. The tasks can be modified according to selected candidate’s interest and competence.


What you’ll bring to the table:

  • Strong proven analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Capability to interact confidently with customer stakeholders, including C-level
  • A proactive and results driven attitude towards work
  • Ability to understand workforce optimization and management from business and IT perspectives
  • Ability to map customer requirements and translate those into software configuration
  • Solid project leadership skills, including responsibility for managing project teams, schedule and budget


What we consider as an advantage:

  • +5 years of work experience in workforce management, optimization, payroll, management consulting, account management or project/service management
  • Relevant Master's or bachelor’s degree (e.g. Management Science, Industrial Management, Information Networks, Business Technology, Logistics, Economics and Business Administration)
  • Experience in implementing enterprise-scale software solutions to major customers from several projects to different customers
  • History of delivering high quality results on schedule and in budget
  • A few years of full customer responsibility
  • Successful upsell experience to existing customers


Fluent communication skills in English and Finnish (both written and spoken) are a requirement. Fluency in Nordic languages, German, French, Spanish or Italian is considered as a significant bonus
