Good news! We are now looking for a Junior Technical Recruiter to join our extraordinary Talent team in Atlanta.

What you will be doing:

  • Establishes recruiting requirements by studying organization plans and objectives; meeting with managers to discuss needs. 
  • Determines applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants; analyzing responses; verifying references; comparing qualifications to job requirements. 
  • Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks)
  • Update applicant records in our applicant tracking system, maintain forms and spreadsheets
  • Build long-term relationships with past and potential candidates
  • Manage respective candidate pools to ensure qualified candidates remain engaged in current or future opportunities
  • Serve as brand ambassador at various events, like career fairs or on-campus recruiting events

 

Desired background:

  • 1 to 2 years of experience with full-cycle technical recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
  • Familiarity with social media, resume databases and professional networks
  • Basic knowledge in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint
