Good news! We are now looking for a Technical Consultant to join our extraordinary Customer Operations team in Atlanta.

What you will be doing:

  • Act as a system integration expert in RELEX implementation projects
  • Attend or lead specification workshops
  • Manage technical workstream
  • Build integrations between RELEX and customer backend systems
  • Investigate complex technical issues for our customers
  • May participate in sales process as a technical specialist, or improve and develop internal tools as a technical expert

Desired background:

  • Bachelors/Masters degree or 1 to 4 years of experience in the field of Software Engineering, Information Systems Engineering, Computer Engineering or Computing Science
  • Strong analytical or problem solving skills
  • Programming experience (Java, Javascript, Ruby)
  • Basic knowledge of databases
  • Basics of Linux and Unix
  • Willingness to travel in and outside of US
