We are now looking for a Analyst to join our family of extraordinary people and support the project delivery team by making data-driven recommendations on modelling / automation best practices.

What you'll be doing:  

Carrying out qualitative & quantitative analysis on customer supply chain systems

    • Challenge existing business processes and models
    • Configure & assess the optimal models to yield the greatest business benefit
    • Collate and report KPI impacts to key stakeholders
    • Consulting with the project delivery team to implement recommendations

  • Proactively suggest ideas to delivery colleagues
  • Help build the business case for implementing new processes

Building strong relationships with the product management team

  • Implement/configure new logic that could benefit customers
  • Feedback analysis and collaborate on long term development / best practices
  • Attending client workshops on process design if needed
  • Attending training and developing relevant knowledge and skills
  • Helping in other general sales and admin tasks if required

Requirements:

  • STEM or similar graduate degree, 2:1 classification or higher (predicted or obtained)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to understand systems / large data sets and learn quickly
  • Native level English communications skills
  • Ability to work autonomously if needed and prioritise tasks
  • Entrepreneurial attitude with interest towards improving our processes and growing the business

 What we consider a plus:

  • Knowledge of technical tools or languages (R, SQL, other programming languages)
  • Internships, placements or work experience in retail, merchandising or supply chain fields
