What you’ll be doing

Your first mission is that Relex has an easy-to-understand, fair and efficient Mobility process in place to ensure successful, timely relocations and international assignments. You will be supported by and working side by side with our legal advisors, People team colleagues in different countries, and of course our wonderful Team and Business leads.

We expect you to act as a trusted advisor to the people considering relocating to another country, and their team leads. You will be responsible for creating easy-to-find and easy-to-understand guidelines and materials on relocation for assignees and their team leads. You find the best partners and vendors for us to team up with when it makes business sense.

In addition, you will be the contact point and information provider for different country officials, stakeholders and external partners in relation to relocation matters. All of our assignments are currently from different European countries to the USA (Atlanta), but in the future the scope might be even broader.

We hope that you will eventually grow into a wider, senior level People Operations role, and will support you in this path.

 

What you’ll bring to the table?

  • An expert level of understanding of and experience on global mobility with a focus on US as the host country
  • Good project management skills
  • Ability to create easy-to-understand, user-friendly written materials
  • Exceptional communication, stakeholder management and interpersonal skills
  • Understanding of / interest in key People Operations topics
  • Flexibility in changing situations.
  • Excellent English skills, Finnish is a bonus but not required
