Good news! We are now looking for a Solution Architect to join our extraordinary Customer Operations team in Atlanta.

What you will be doing:

  • Leading solution design and configuration of RELEX software in the fields of advanced demand forecasting, space and assortment, allocation and replenishment, price and promotion management, and retail process development
  • Engage and collaborate with customers to drive meeting their business goals while guiding them toward industry best practices
  • Conduct discovery and workshops with customers to understand and optimize their business processes and identify areas of opportunity to increase sales, reduce costs and maximize the efficiency of in-store operations
  • Defining and establishing the solution architecture, starting from an initial conceptual ‘vision’ and evolving into a more concrete business architecture specification
  • Presenting solution design, product build, and project progress to customer and internal executives as well as steering committee
  • Mastering the RELEX product functionality in order to build a superior final product for each unique customer
  • Interface with Product Management and Product Development teams to adapt to US customer needs and continuously impact the improvement of our product
  • Work with our global best practices team to ensure sharing of world views and constantly question conventional approaches in search of continuous improvement
  • Internal guidance on all project builds and training the team of future solution architects


Desired background:

  • 5 to 7 years of work experience in management consulting, supply chain development, forecasting, merchandising, or other relevant area in retail / consulting industry
  • Experience in leading software implementation project
  • Leader of an architecture team on a project-based initiative and have experience in the following areas:
    • Supply Chain Management (SCM)
    • Inventory management
    • Demand forecasting
    • Logistics
    • Retail planning & optimization
    • Business analytics
    • Assortment planning
    • Store operations
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Management, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations Research, Information Management or other relevant subject expertise
  • Strong understanding of how all parts of the business model work together including processes, operating systems and application architectures
  • Passion to solve complex development problems and produce innovative solutions while pushing the technical boundaries in cloud space

  • Ability to understand SCM and other retail planning systems from business and IT perspectives
  • Technically savvy and understanding the basics of coding and step-logic workflows
  • Ability to gather requirements, carry out process design, training and user testing support
  • Entrepreneurial attitude with interest towards growing the business
  • Outstanding work ethic and a sense of urgency to resolve issues quickly and efficiently
  • Excellent leadership, communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
