Good news! We are now looking for Technical Service Consultants to join our extraordinary Customer Operations team in Atlanta.

What you will be doing:

  • Provide technical expertise for SaaS related services, such as system upgrades
  • Support complex problem solving and incident management situations
  • Manage technical discussions with service customers
  • Coordinate and delegate technical tasks for multiple service customers
  • Introduce and develop the best practices for continued success
  • Act as a system integration expert in upsell related implementation projects

Desired background:

  • Bachelors/Masters degree or 1 to 4 years of experience in the field of Software Engineering, Information Systems Engineering, Computer Engineering or Computing Science
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Basic knowledge of programming (Java, Ruby) or system integrations
  • Basic knowledge of databases
  • Basics of Linux and Unix
  • Excellent communication and multi-tasking skills

  • Knowledge of application monitoring and distributed systems
  • Experience in either supply chain management and/or business analytics
  • Fluent communication skills in English, other language skills are considered a bonus
