Good news! We are now looking for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our extraordinary Talent team in Atlanta.

What you will be doing:

  • Coordinate and schedule candidate interviews with team leads and interviewing teams
  • Prepare necessary documents for interviews
  • Update applicant records in our applicant tracking system, maintain forms and spreadsheets
  • Greet and direct interviewees, new hires, and any other visitors
  • Assist team leads with offer letter details and upload new employment data into internal HR systems
  • Assist Talent Acquisition Manager with various administrative duties and special projects as needed
  • Network in local recruiting events including local university career fairs and retail/supply chain events

Desired background:

  • 0 to 2 years of administrative experience such as data entry, managing data driven reporting, or ownership of detailed processes
  • Basic knowledge in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint
