What you will be doing:


  • Maintains and update job requirements and job descriptions for all positions.
  • Maintain Relex recruiting, testing, and interview program; counsel leads on candidate selection; conduct and analyze exit interviews; recommend changes.
  • Prepare US employees as part of on-board by establishing and conducting supplementary US specific orientation and training programs.
  • Monitor and schedule individual pay actions; implement pay structure revisions as recommended by leadership.
  • Payroll coordination and communication with RELEX’s outsourced payroll partner
  • Internal contact point and advisor for payroll and benefits related questions
  • Manage US employee benefits program and inform employees of benefits by studying and assessing benefit needs and trends;
  • Ensure planning, monitoring, and appraisal of employee work results by project and team leads to coach and discipline employees; serve as initial point of escalation for employee grievances; counsel employees and supervisors.
  • Ensure legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable human resource federal and state requirements
  • Maintain management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures.
  • Maintain US historical human resource records; keep past and current records.
  • Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; review professional publications; establish personal networks; participate in professional societies.
  • Maintains human resource staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and train employees.
  • Maintains human resource staff job results by counsel and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Desired background:

  • 5+ years experience in a HR Generalist or HR Manager role or equivalent
  • Global experience
  • Familiarity with Supply Chain and Retail
