Supply Chain Analyst, Summer trainee

Helsinki, Finland Part-time

We're now looking for a Supply Chain Analyst to join our fun loving Central Business Analysis team in Helsinki as a part-time student employee during the school year and full time during the summer. RELEX is a mix of startup mentality and corporate reliability. We are passionate about growth, but also run a profitable and sustainable business. Above all, we have a genuine interest in our customers, their challenges, and opportunities. The Supply Chain Analyst’s role is ideal for an analytical person who gets excited when facing new challenges, but wants to have fun along the way. Here at RELEX we are serious about what we do, but don’t take ourselves too seriously.

As a Supply Chain Analyst, your main responsibilities will include analyzing and preparing supply chain related data using RELEX’s state-of-the-art big data technology. Through your work you'll get an excellent overview of how world class retailers, wholesalers and manufacturing companies use RELEX Solutions. What's more, you'll even get to solve our customers problems!
The position is temporary at first but it can lead to a permanent contract later on. You will join a close-knit, ambitious team of 20+ highly talented and motivated Analysts and Business Consultants equipt with "bad jokes"; all committed to the success of an organization that every member feels is more than just a company.

We value the following aspects in our candidates:

  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Ability to understand SCM systems from both business and IT perspectives
  • High marks in Industrial Management, Business Technology, Logistics, Operations Research or other relevant subject expertise
  • Strong English and Finnish skills, other language skills are considered a bonus (especially German, Swedish, Norwegian, Danish, French, Spanish or Italian)

We offer a young, international and relaxed work environment in a flat hierarchy organization. Challenging and engaging tasks, delicious coffee and lots of sporting options. And last but not least, we have our own brewing club!

Every day, sub-optimal planning translates to mountains of food waste and excessive storage needs. Join us in combating this challenge. Apply today (we’ve made it fast and easy)!
