We are now looking for a new Application Support Analyst to join our family of extraordinary people.

What you’ll be doing:

Today, RELEX software is used in more than 50 countries. We are growing rapidly domestically as well as internationally, and are now looking for an Application Support Analyst to give technical support to our customers and other Relexians in a buzzing and fun work environment.

As an application support analyst, you fix RELEX application and system problems and business critical disturbances for both domestic and international customers as well as co-workers at RELEX. Technical knowledge (databases, Linux) combined with a knack for investigation (the Sherlock Holmes factor) and great communication skills will take you far in this position. In return, you get to enjoy the prospects of this fast growing company.

What you’ll bring to the table:

  • Technical and business knowledge
  • Excellent communication skills with cultural awareness: our company language is English but our customers speak a variety of languages.
  • Relevant technical / business degree with ICT studies as major or minor
  • Investigation and diagnostics skills
  • Flexibility: when required, be willing and able to work weekends and night shifts (midnight until 8am)

What we consider an advantage:

  • IT literacy around systems such as Linux and Git
  • Work experience in application support or customer service
  • Language skills, e.g. fluency in Italian, Finnish, or Swedish
